1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ZeroNAT (the "Service") provided by ZeroFab LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ZeroNAT provides high-performance, stateful NAT solutions for cloud infrastructure. The Service is distributed as an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) through the AWS Marketplace and as Open Source Software under the Apache 2.0 license.

3. AWS Marketplace Usage

Usage of the ZeroNAT AMI through the AWS Marketplace is subject to AWS Customer Agreement and AWS Marketplace terms. Billing is handled directly by AWS.

4. Open Source Software

Certain components of ZeroNAT are available as open-source software. Your use of such components is governed by the Apache License 2.0.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEROFAB LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
